Alloggio carino, bella terrazza. Appena arrivati la cucina era piena di blatte. Le lenzuola dei letti non erano state cambiate prima del nostro arrivo tanto che abbiamo trovato dei capelli sulle federe dei cuscini e macchie evidenti. Non c’era il ricambio di carta igienica nè un tappeto nel bagno. E c’era un solo asciugamano per persona per l’intero soggiorno(1 settimana). Nessun tipo di pulizia per l’intero soggiorno. Complesso silenzioso con parcheggio funzionale.
Schöne Wohnung, allerdings sollte man sie mal renovieren wenn man diesen Preis verlangt. Die Betten waren ziemlich durchgelegen. Und die Wände sind sehr dünn, man hört jedes Wort der Nachbarn. Das Apartment wird näher am Meer angezeigt als es wirklich ist. Dafür ist die Dachterrasse super, tolle Aussicht und mit Grill. Den Grill darf man zwar nicht benutzen aber okay....
we enjoyed our stay here very much.the apartment is a good fit for two families with 2 small kids. the rooftop, the beach and the playground make the place perfect even if you don't rent a car. we stayed in March and the temperature in the apartment was very comfortable even though there is no air conditioner. we would love to come back and can definitely recommend this apartment.
A smart looking and modern duplex apartment. Best feature is the roof terrace. Great for sunsets. Beds are comfortable and lots of space for clothes. 1 1/2 bathrooms handy as is the washing machine. Nice black sand beach at the end of the road or the development has a pool. Plenty of choice nearby for restaurants bars and supermarkets. If you have a car then Aldi and Lidl are close by. Host was accommodating. WiFi worked fine for general use. Stairs are steep and not for those unsure of their balance. Be aware the unit is in a high density development so whatever your neighbours are doing you will be aware of it. Kitchen looks nice but is not well sorted if you want to do any real cooking. Parking in the provided parking lot is limited. Slots are tight so you risk bumps and scrapes on your hire car that will cost you. Probably better off parking on the road (dead end) where you can allow more room and less likely to get a door ding.
