Hi we are Nigel and Tina we are a family of four Tenille 18 and Jay 16. We are delighted to introduce our property in Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. We have a stunning 2 storey home that is situated very close to beach, shops, restaurants and only 20 minutes to Noosa Heads. Our home is suited to either a large family or a couple looking for more space. Downstairs you are greeted with a large and modern kitchen that overlooks the pool room and outside patio and large 11 metre swimming pool all surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaped gardens, also on the ground floor is our media room equipped with projector. Upstairs is four bedrooms, main with ensuite, another lounge room. There are 4 air conditioners and 4 tvs in the home, wifi. We are only 10 houses as the crow flys from a great surfing beach. We are located in a upmarket area with great neighbours, only an hour from Brisbane, 20 mins to Noosa, 15 mins to Maroochydore these centres offer awesome shopping opportunities. We are also only 30 mins away from Australia Zoo We have numerous number of world class golf courses on our doorstep. Maleny, Montville and Mapleton make up our hinterland area, great for day trips in the hills overlooking the coast. Noosa National Park is only 20 mins away you will have to go a long way to find a more georgeous walk anywhere on the planet, great surf aswell. The Gold Coast is only 1 3/4 hours drive where Sea World, Movie World, Dreamworld, Wet N Wild fun parks are located. Wednesdays and Saturdays you will find the Famous Eumundi Markets open. For people that are fit there are number of gyms in the area, also there are plenty of jogging paths right on our doorstep or you can do a run/walk up the beautiful Mount Coolum in which we live near.
