My wife, Alka and I, love AirBnB and use it almost everywhere we travel because you just can't get the same experience at a hotel. CURRENT MISSION: Live a life full of adventure! If one were to ask me after death, if I would want to live the life I am living, exactly the same, all over again, I would want to be able to say "Yes!" with no hesitation. I want to have friends in as many countries as possible and experience as many cultures as possible before I settle down. I want to inspire friends and family to have adventures of their own by sharing my stories and experiences. ABOUT ME: I love to travel! I have been backpacking thru Japan, South East Asia, India and Europe. In 2016, I was chosen as one of the 16 people from all over the world to be a Deloitte Ambassador at the Olympic Games in Rio De Janeiro. I am originally from India and have studied abroad in Slovakia, Austria, Spain and France. I want to do as much traveling now before I have children, have a family and settle down. I love new cultures and meeting new people. I adapt to things very quickly. I have a fear of not being able to see the world before I die. I would like to do community service during my time traveling as well to experience the country/city. I think traveling as a AirBnB'er is the most authentic way to travel. Having a local citizen show me around the city rather than a tour guide showing me around the most crowded part of the city is the way I like to travel. When I travel, I like to go to places that tourists do not go to. I want to see and experience things that normal tourists don't get to see. Maybe we can have some some adventures together! PHILOSOPHY: Know more today than I knew about the world yesterday and try and lessen the suffering of others. The world is your oyster, the younger you realize that, the more you will travel as much as you can. Interests: I play tennis, basketball and poker. I love to hike and see scenic areas. I love sunsets and love seeing them in different places. I keep up with world events by reading the news a lot. I like listening to audiobooks and learning. I am a sucker for intellectual conversations related to finances, economy, relationships, politics, philosophies, diet and any other Susie T which stimulates my mind and expands my perspective on life. Amazing Things I’ve Done: Taking a Bamboo raft ride in Jamaica and getting a mineral massage Go-Karting in Tokyo, Japan with a Pikachu costume on Visiting TeamLab Borderless(interactive art) in Tokyo, Japan Playing with Monkeys in Monkey Park- Kyoto, Japan Seeing wild Elephants in a Jungle Safari in Thekkady, India Having an Elephant give me a shower in Thekkady, India Traveling around Goa, India on a moped and visiting every beach Hiking up to 17k feet to see the Rainbow Mountain in Peru Sandsurfing in Huacachina, Peru Seeing Machu Picchu Walking inside Olympic Village where all of the greatest athletes from all over the world stayed while they were in Rio. Watching the sunrise at Christ the Redeemer in Rio Watching the sunset from a boat off of the island of Koh Rong, Cambodia Rock climbing and caving in Kampot, Cambodia Canyoning in Dalat, Vietnam. Canyoning in Interlaken, Switzerland Skydiving from 18,000 feet in Plant City, Florida Rode the tallest and second longest Zip-line in the world. Looking down upon Shanghai from the 2nd largest building in the world and highest observatory in the world, The Shanghai Tower. Watched the Las Fallas Festival in Valencia Watched the Eiffel tower light up when I was on it. Rode a horse on the beach in India. Watched the sunset on a Barcelona beach with beautiful people. Backpacking and couchsurfing through Europe by myself for a month.
