Welcome, to your private space at Arruda House! Ideal for a couple, total space with total privacy and comfort, to relax /work, with a cozzy garden to refresh. You can bring your child and your pet! Feel like home 5/10 minutes walk to the local grocery, the center, the public botanic garden, the marina, shops, bars/restaurants, museums. Ponta Delgada is a five-centuries town by the ocean with all you need. By car, at a glance, you have wonderful trails, Atlantic waves, and thermal baths! Arruda house has all you need for your comfortable and absolutely private stay! Arruda House is equipped with a fast fiber net- wifi if you need to work! There is a dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen, for your cooking, a washing machine, a drier, a bedroom and WC (shower). An open space with bedroom (King size), a Wc (with a large tub) connected to a living room, and office space, which opens directly into a small but cozy garden/ patio. Your private space is totally equipped for your comfort and relaxation and you can chose your room!

Alojamiento muy agradable. Y Lucia también! Muy luminoso, se agradece el patio y contar con mucho espacio. La cocina bien equipada, y Lucia nos trajo unas cuantas cosas para que no tuviéramos que preocuparnos por el desayuno. El barrio no aporta mucho, pero viene bien un parking público gratuito muy cercano. El piso de abajo en el que está el dormitorio tiene mucha humedad, es la única pega que le pondría al alojamiento.
Lúcia is an amazing host! She had great communication and even offered to pick us up from the airport and drive us to get a rental car. Her place was so cute and clean although the neighborhood is noisy. Despite that the stay was amazing and I would 100% stay with her again!

Lucia is an incredible host. She was extremely helpful. The house is a short walk from the center of town. We enjoyed the outdoor space, it was a wonderful visit.

In the surroundings, there is a Jazz bar, the wonderful Romantic Botanic Garden of Sec. XIX. (Jardim António Borges), several renaissance churches, Carlos Machado Museum, and its different centers of the art, as well as, all different shops and Galeries,
After a day out discovering the island, climbing mountains, snorkeling, or bathing in the hot springs, all you need is to eat and relax near home, luckily, the neighborhood has several restaurants with traditional and international food.
Ponta Delgada is a small city, however, the house is located on a central street, and is subject to its noises. Nevertheless, the house is quite calm at night time and on weekends, and in the backyard, you can forget you are in the city, with birds songs, and dogs, but once in a while, there is an airplane like yours!

You have free parking on the street and surroundings and luckily just near the house front door!
