Clean, bright and spacious apartments. Everything is as in the photo and everything for a comfortable stay is present. There are several grocery stores in relative proximity. The apartments are located quite far from the center, so it is inconvenient to get there without a car. If you have a car, then it takes about 15 minutes to the center. There is underground parking. The owner is very friendly and nice person. Ready to help if you will face some problems. We were satisfied with our stay and recommend this apartment.

Hello Future Travellers! We have spend a week in Daniel's apartment and we were pampered and catered for beyond our expectations. It was nice and relaxing plus really nice views of Vitosha mountain. We can only recommend Daniel's place. Book with confidence and you shall not be dissapointed.

The stay has been simply perfect. I took some pictures of the apartment, but I can say that all are posted in the details are EXACTLY reflecting the reality of the apartment. It is a spectacular apartment with great price and value located at the end of a quiet village. For my personal needs, the location is perfect, for this reason, I gave 5 stars to the location. It is in the village of Goublyane, on the eastern side of Sofia, so very comfortable for whom is looking for a place out of the town, easy to reach by motorway (A1 to Bourgas and A2 for Varna). IT CAN BE REACHED BY CAR. With no traffic, the metro is only 5 minutes driving, the airport is 10 minutes driving. There are small shops about 700m from the block. At about 3/10 minutes driving there are supermarkets (BILLA & LIDL), fuel station, METRO (wholesale hypermarket), Technopolis, EXPO Fair, Business Center and others. If you visit Sofia for tourism, keep in mind the distance from the metro and the distance to get the bus if you don't rent a car. Metro is strongly recommended to avoid queues and huge traffic in the center. The apartment is on the top floor of a brand new block, stunning clean, modern furniture, high-quality equipment (in the kitchen, in the bathroom, air conditioning, lift, smoke sensor, broadband. Great balcony turning all around the main room and anti-mosquitos net at the window. I have been alone, but the apartment can be easily shared up to 4 people using a bed sofa in the main room. High-tech fridge will hold food for all. The host has been super kind and promptly responsive. Overall rate: stunning beautiful.
