We had a perfect stay - definitely one of the best airbnbs that we have had in London (and we have tried quite a few)! We really appreciated the large + spotless private bathroom, the luxury Aesop products, the bathrobes and the high quality of the linens, and the quiet room. The lovely breakfast and croissants, homemade granola and coffee/tea/juice in the morning was extra appreciated. Tricia and Matthew were warm and welcoming, and we really hope that we can stay again soon!

Tricia & Matthew sind tolle Gastgeber! Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr sehr lecker und Tricia hatte immer einen guten Tipp für unsere geplanten Ausflüge in die Stadt. Wir sagen nochmals danke für die tollen Gespräche und das Glas 🍷 am Abend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder ☺️

To stay with Tricia and Matthew is like coming home. The service is impeccable (breakfast available, which is a huge plus), the room is comfortable and cozy and Tricia and Matthew have the best tipps where to eat or what to see. Guest have their own spacious and clean bathroom, great fluffy towels and a bathrobe. Public transport can easily be reached and Clapham itself is a charming little district if you do not feel the need to get to the bustling city of London. Highy recommended!

Tricia was extremely welcoming. Her home is beautiful and very clean . Nothing was too much bother for her. Great place and great hosts. Would highly recommend.

I felt at home. From the start, Tricia and Matthew were very accommodating, allowing me to drop my luggage off prior to the 4pm check-in. They kindly invited me to join them for a glass of wine each evening as well as offers of tea when I returned at the end of the day. Breakfast was MORE than sufficient to keep me fueled for all of my sightseeing. My sightseeing was almost curtailed due to all the walking I was doing. Fortunately, Allister and Tricia saved the day... providing me with tiger balm , massage thumper, and paracetamol. I was good to go the next day. From a practical standpoint, the location of the house was perfect, walking distance to Stockwell Station, Clapham North, and the Overground train. Easy access to and from Gatwick Airport as well. I highly recommend a stay at Tricia and Matthew's!
