We stayed at Kyle's Middletown apartment with 2 other couples for a long weekend and to visit the Mansions decked out for Christmas. Everything was clean and comfortable, and it was located close to mansions, Cliff Walk, and all the activities in the harbor area. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, which we will have to check out the next time we visit! Kyle was quick to respond to all our questions and was very accommodating as well. It was a pleasure dealing with Kyle, and I would highly recommend him and his apartment!

This unit was perfect for a weekend getaway! The accommodations were bright, clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, and the location was minutes from great restaurants and attractions! Kyle, our host, was very helpful both before and during our stay. Definitely consider this unit for your next stay!

Kyle's place was exactly as described; very clean and comfortable unit (#1) in a 2 unit house. Street noise that was heard during the day greatly diminished at night so sleeping was not an issue. Kyle was proactive with providing information, and responsive whenever we asked a question. We walked into Newport both days we were there, took the Cliff Walk one of the days, and had breakfast both days at the nearby and popular Atlantic Grill. Also highly recommend getting Italian delicacies from nearby Bottega Bocconi - excellent food and wine! We would definitely stay at Kyle's again!
