I will keep this review as professional as possible - This place is big, charming and very central. The host is also very responsive and has an easy check-in process. But during our stay there were a couple of things you need to know about: 1.The apartment has a lot of outlets and lamps, but only 50% of them work. 2.The Hot Water in this apartment is either totally gone or the water heater is super slow. Maybe it will work for you, but for our group of 3 guys looking to go out and party it was a disaster. None of us could shower without freezing. There was literary no hot water! The host knows about this and you should ask them if they have done any improvements since March 2024.

Muito fraca insonorização dos apartamentos. De resto foi tudo fantástico. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a instalação elétrica que foi resolvido prontamente.

This was our fourth staying in our Spain family trip, and considering it was one of the most expensive places we've paid for, it turned out to be our least favorite. The apartment retains its old structure, which is cool, but I don't consider the kitchen as modern as the description claims. There's no central heating, only 3 portable heaters, and the water heater only supports two people showering consecutively. And let's not even get started on the so-called second bathroom, which is really just a tiny shower on the balcony that seems more suitable for pets. The Wi-Fi is bad, no modern tv, and lastly, the in-person service from the staff who greeted us in the lobby was very unwelcoming; they neither greeted us nor were friendly at all. We left our luggage and no one checked to ensure we took our own bags. In conclusion, I believe they are all show and no substance. Given the cost per night, there's a lot of room for improvement, starting with the bathroom and kitchen.
