had a nice stay, everything was clean and the common areas are also very spacious.

The villa is quite basic in that you don’t get any extras from what you see. For example in other places I have stayed, they at least provide washing up liquid, bin bags, toilet roll etc. So having to source these on the day we arrived was a bit tiresome. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms which is great however there is none downstairs. During the August heat, downstairs became unbearable to sit in during the evenings so we either had to sit outside or retreat to our rooms for some relief. Although inside is quite basic, the outside pool area is fantastic and the kids had a great time. Communication prior to staying was relatively ok however during our stay we had a problem with a horrendous amount of ants in the kitchen. I messaged on Friday asking if there was any ant powder but I didn’t receive a reply until the Tuesday, after I messaged for the second time. They explained on the Tuesday that as it was bank holiday there was no one in the office from Friday - Monday. I appreciate bank holidays mean less staff however when people are staying in the companies properties, I would have thought at least one person checking messages would have been ideal. Especially if anyone had an urgent issue.

It was marketed as a fully air conditioned but it wasn't. Only the bedrooms had an ac. The open plan, living and kitchen had no ac which forced us to stay outside by the pool which limited us on the music since after day 1, we received a message from the host saying there was reports on loud music being played.... Also inside there was only 1 fan which was broken...

Really nice and spacious outdoor area, we really enjoyed the stay! Very central too would definitely recommend
