The apartment is really nice, has been updated and is within walking distance of the tourist centre. It is very clean and comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen. The downside is that it is surrounded by other apartments and the barking dogs can go on endlessly. My husband the bed uncomfortably hard but I was fine with it, so depending on your preferences you may want to consider this. The water coming out of the faucets can be scalding hot so be careful with that, as the bathroom faucet appears to be reversed cold and hot sides. Over all a very good place to stay!

Nice enough apartment to stay in. Pedro was kind enough to allow us an early check-in. Clean and reasonably appointed. Not pleased that the listing shows as "Beachfront/Beach Access". It's a 17 minute drive through the city of Faro to the nearest beach or a 20 minute walk followed by a long boatride. Bring your earplugs for the barking dogs from morning til night (11pm), the nearby train station blasting loudspeaker announcements and the jets flying into Faro Airport. Comfortable accommodations as a base for daily excursions away from the unit.

Lovely place to relax after exploring a day in Faro. Clean. Easy to get to via airport etc.
