Matt & Ashleigh's place was perfect! We came to see Niagara Falls and the total eclipse (which sadly we didn't see due to cloud coverage). To be 10 minutes from the Falls and so easy to get there made this the perfect place to stay. The size of the house was just what we needed for the 3 of us. The shower was awesome with great water pressure and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there was an assortment of types of pillows. My kids liked the memory foam ones the best. Checking in and out was super easy. I needed a pin for something on the TV and they responded right away. Also, I forgot their directions said use YouTube TV if you want to watch live TV but did see that when I reviewed them again on the 3rd day so wanted to put that out there, in case you want to watch live TV. I like that they have a large TV in the living space as well as one in a bedroom. I would definitely stay there again if we ever come to Niagara Falls again. Thank you for a great stay!!

This is a perfect place to stay! It's close to restaurants, shopping, the casino and downtown Buffalo. Matt and Ashleigh go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect, from advising on local restaurants, to personal greetings to responding quickly whenever there is a question. Their house is spotless, modern and quiet. It worked very well for us! Thank you to Matt and Ashleigh :)
