Sophie’s house truly was a hidden gem. Set tucked in the hills, approximately 45-60 min from Cannes/nice this home is an oasis from thr big cities and traffic. It was exactly what we wanted - a beautiful home in a small French village walkable to the butcher, baker, wine shop etc. The home is even more beautiful than the photos, well stocked with everything you could need and a beautiful outdoor space perfect for our children to run and play and for us to relax at the end of a day of touring. Sophie is extremely easy to work with and very responsive and helpful with her suggestions looking to make our stay as perfect as possible. Don’t hesitate to stay here, it truly feels like you’ve stepped into a beautiful French community with the most beautiful home. We didn’t want to leave!

A wonderful place to stay for our family of four (two boys aged 6 & 8). Provides a great base for a holiday where we mixed some quiet days relaxing by the pool with some short trips to amazing beaches, great towns and a picturesque lake. Spacious, clean and comfortable living areas with everything we needed. Brilliant garden with great areas to relax in and a great pool to play and keep cool in. The village itself is simple and relaxed, with a great bakery nearby, plus a few places to eat, drink and get supplies. Sophie was a great host. Friendly, responsive and with some great recommendations on things to do. Highly recommended!

Super semaine à saint vallier. Sophie a été de bon conseil pour les activités/restaurants. La maison était parfaite et la piscine très agréable par cette chaleur 🙂

Nous avons passé de supers vacances dans cette maison. Merci à Sophie et Jean-Michel pour leur accueil chaleureux ! Petit havre de paix pour des vacances réussies en famille ! La maison est totalement conforme aux photos. De très beaux espaces aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Je recommande !

Our family had a fabulous time at Sophie’s place, lounging around the pool, playing table tennis in the garden and eating outdoors. The house and outdoor area are both very spacious, private and serene. Sophie and her husband are charming and very welcoming hosts, it was a pleasure to meet them.
