The villa is absolutely stunning, peaceful and calm. The outside space and pool are beautiful. The inside of the property is well equipped, clean and the beds very comfortable. Matheos is a lovely host, always quick to respond to questions and make sure everything was ok with our stay. We made use of the hot tub and bbq as we had lovely weather. We paid extra to get the pool heated which is well-worth doing in December. We would love to return again!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Matheos and Elisabeth. De accomodaties was precies zoals beschreven. Het was voorzien van alle comfort en heeft een fantastische ligging. Alle voorzieningen in de buurt waren ook prima, supermarkt, restaurants en strand. Als er iets nodig was of we hadden een vraag werd er snel en adequaat gereageerd. Kortom een top lokaliteit waar wij een geweldige tijd hebben doorgebracht.

The villa lived up to our hopes and so much more. Spotlessly clean and a welcome pack on arrival. We were warned of building works happening next door but honestly this had no impact on our enjoyment at all. Very little noise. The pool is beautiful with a swim up view over the valley which is spectacular. We requested a cot and highchair which were ready and waiting for us. The hot tub is a lovely addition and although the weather was lovely we still used. We didn’t use the sauna but again a lovely addition. The upstairs bedroom and en-suite are huge a real master suite. We had a night flight to come home and Matheos very kindly allowed us to stay at the villa until we were ready to leave which made the end of our holiday a lot less stressful. Much appreciated. Will definitely be rebooking for another visit. Just beautiful. ❤️

We had a fantastic stay. The place was just as described - nice and spacious, sparkling clean and an incredible view. I don't think we'd stay anywhere else in Cyprus after staying here!

This Villa was outstanding, the views are spectacular the villa itself was beautiful. The only reason it was a 4 star for the location was the building site next door, in all fairness I was pre warned about it it was just the noise was quite early but if you don't mind being up early it wasn't too bad and set us up for the day, matheos was very apologetic about this and I a thankful for this. overall the experience here was a massive 5 stars. On the second to last day we had a massive storm that surprisingly didn't blow much away just broke an umbrella, once matheos was told he was fine with it and even made sure that we were safe and ok which again was so thoughtful. Andros was also very helpful and responsive to a few problems like the power and the swimming pool. If we were to return to Paphos we would definitely come back here. Thank you for an amazing and memorable stay.
