The property and location were exactly what we needed for our 9 person group. We love Simpson Bay and have been back 20+ times over the years. This house had everything we needed for our vacation. It needs some usual repairs, but nothing that caused any problems. Highly recommended !

Great place directly on the beach. Good for large groups. It is right next to the airport (which was good for us because we love planes), so be prepared for airplane noise, but they don't fly at night very often. The company is great with a personal concierge, airport transfers, and help setting up rentals, etc. Overall the house is in good shape, but one of the toilets wasn't working for us which wasn't ideal. It didn't spoil a great vacation though!

The place was great. We've been coming to SXM for years, and this is the best place we've ever stayed in and the location was perfect. We worked with Cheyenne and she was always quick and responsive and helped with everything. James, the caretaker, is a wonderful guy who was always checking in, helping to get everything cleaned up and really made the stay shine. 100% will come back.

Had a great time the house was well stocked with everything you may need. The location was perfect. Concierge and house keeping was very nice and personable.
