Estábamos buscando algo de tranquilidad para pasar la Semana Santa y sin duda escogimos la mejor opción. Un lugar que nos transmitió mucha paz y tranquilidad, ¡nos sentimos como en casa! Jackie estuvo muy atenta en todo momento; si nos faltaba cualquier cosa, ella estaba ahí, respondiendo con rapidez y amabilidad. Sin duda te recomiendo este alojamiento si estás buscando un lugar para pasar unos días de desconexión y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is super clean and there was everything we needed. Outside there are lots of great opportunities to enjoy nature. Especially the barbecue and the outdoor shower are great! The nearest beach is just under 20 minutes away by car but we say it's more than worth it as you have absolute peace and quiet. We would love to come back!

The place is incredible. We drove up there to hide from the bad windy weather that took over the island. We were positively surprised to find a very peaceful place, perfect for disconnecting and chilling out. The place is well-equipped - you'll have everything you need. It gets cold at night however the air conditioning works as a heater too. Internet was fast enough for me to work and take calls. The host is very helpful and she lives in front - so easy to check-in. We are looking forward to coming back if we want hide from bad weather in the mountains again!

You HAVE to come here! The location, the place itself, the host (lovely Jackie) - everything about it is 10/10! We had the BEST stay at The Nook. The place is just so homely and has been fitted so nicely, it was amazingly clean and tidy on arrival and has everything you could need for your stay. Jackie even left us a bottle of wine and chocolates - very much appreciated after an early morning flight. Having the use of a private hot tub was fantastic and the outdoor space is just perfect, with lots of different spots to sit and relax and absorb the beautiful surroundings - the drive to and from The Nook every day was breathtaking too. We used the BBQ pretty much every day which was a real treat for us coming from the UK. And what can we say about Jackie? Best. Host. Ever! Jackie made sure that we were OK and comfortable from day one - when we arrived she sent messages full of amazing recommendations. We always felt like we were left to enjoy and relax on our own but knew that Jackie was right there at the end of the phone if we needed anything - especially as our trip was taking place during a really difficult time. The book inside had all of the information you needed for your stay but also lots of ideas of things to do/places to go. In terms of things to do, we loved visiting Roque Nublo - tiring in the heat but about 1.5 hours total to walk up and down from the car park (we would recommend walking boots or decent trainers for this). If you like craft beer, visit Texeda in the town of Tejeda - drinks were great, food looked amazing, and all very well priced. The staff were extremely friendly and one bar man even wrote down a list of recommendations for us on the island. The dunes in Maspalomas were impressive but take water, and we would recommend visiting just for an hour or so.

Jackis accomodation is very comfortable and everything is as described. There is a little noise from the street, but all in all a very relaxing place away from the touristy places.
