Good location with multiple nearby restaurants. The house is spacious with the patio area being one of our favorite locations to have morning coffee and breakfast.
This cabin was the perfect place to have a larger gathering! Everyone had a great time, there were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep, and the rustic charm was awesome. We arrived in fair weather, it snowed during our stay, and everything melted by the time we left. This resulted in the cabin feeling extra cozy with the fireplace. Several of our group said that they would be keeping this place in mind if they were traveling to the area again. Scott was communicative and provided helpful tips during our stay. Thank you!
Scott's place is a nice cozy home in amazingly beautiful surroundings. We were 5 families and found the place adequate for the entire group. Rain acted like a constraint in us making the most of outdoor amenisties like the beautiful backyard patio or the bar-like table in the backyard. In the cold weather, all the rooms with heaters and extra blankets is indicative of a host who has thought well of their guests. Our group likes to sit down and chat endlessly over cups of tea and coffee. A well stocked kitchen in terms of glasses, cups and utensils was again very useful for us. Proximity to lakes and especially the Pinecrest lake for snow-play, to New-Melones lake for boating helped us settle on this location. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would love to go back when Twain Harte gets a lot more sunlight. Thanks to Scott and Lori for letting us stay at their beuatiful home
We had a nice weekend trip celebrating my father-in-laws 60th birthday. 10 people and 1 baby. We all had a place to sleep and everyone was comfortable. Would recommend to others.

Please note that staying in your RV/van/boat during your stay is not allowed, sorry no exceptions!
