A completely updated 800 sq ft apartment with available parking in the driveway, a private entrance, in a quiet neighborhood. This will feel like home for the week, weekend, or month you are here. 45 minutes to the Beach, Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, and 15 minutes from Norfolk makes this an ideal and convenient place to stay! The layout of the property is as follows: -The apartment entrance is to the left and side of the primary residence. -Upon entering apartment you are in the living room with 47 inch smart TV, love seat/couch, chair -Kitchen with dining table for 4 -Full bathroom -Bedroom with King bed, designated work space -Walk-in Closet with stacked washer/dryer -There is a locked door that separates apartment from primary residence -Access to back yard, but please be mindful of pet (Fritz). He's friendly, but doesn't love other dogs. Your furry friend can use our fenced in yard but please accompany your pet while in our yard and be sure to pick up their poo. We can work together to share the yard. Walk or bike the neighborhood on the river or down the community running/biking trails.

Jamey and Bonita’s place was perfect! The washer and dryer were an added bonus, as we were half way through a month-long trip. Questions were quickly answered by our hosts, and when a minor incident occurred with the AC, it was handled very quickly and without any inconvenience to us. You will not find a more considerate host! The apartment was also impeccably clean and well cared for.
This place was HEAVEN! From the full size kitchen, to the comfy king size bed, it was like staying in a luxury hotel suite but with a walk-in closet and laundry machines. Sparkling clean ands super responsive, Jamey’s place was top tier. Highly recommend!!!
I really enjoyed my stay! Jamey was quick to respond to any questions I had and the neighborhood is really quiet. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area.
Jamey’s place was perfect for our visit home for Easter. It was just as listed and has several great recommendations on her page! Apartment was clean and well up kept. If traveling with a furry friend, this is a great spot as well! Jamey was very responsive when it came to letting our pup outside.
Great stay at this private home. Sharing the backyard went smoothly for dogs taking turns utilizing the backyard. Lovely neighborhood. I would recommend this separate living space to anyone. Centrally located as well.

Located in Western Branch area of Chesapeake, VA. Nice walking trails, and only a quick ride to groceries, target, libraries, gyms, and everything you need. Watch your speed, we are in a school zone.
There is parking for 1 car available in the driveway. There is also on-street parking available if you prefer. The driveway space is under a large tree that does tend to drop sap, leaves, pollen, bird-poo, and sometimes small branches, depending on weather and time of year.

My wife and I have traveled the world, from Central African Republic, Brazil and Nicaragua, we lived in France for 5 years and have been in Chesapeake since 2003. We love wine and good food, hikes and motorcycle rides. We are both a little quiet and reserved.
