Beautiful and cozy home stay Room is sparkling clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We stayed for two nights and every morning we got a delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds and modern bathroom everything was just great for a family stay.

Pim's place is super comfortable, and has plenty of space for a family to relax after a day of exploring Lampang. The breakfast was extra special and it was lovely to talk to Pim and hear more about her beautiful city. We loved using the bikes to visit local markets and coffee shops.

We stayed four nights with Pim, in the large family room. Pim and her mum were absolutely amazing hosts and their place is really lovely. Our room had two bedrooms (2 single and 1 double bed) and a really clean, big en-suite. There’s a shared lounge, big outdoor area (which with two small kids was fantastic), and a fully equipped kitchen. They cooked a very generous and very delicious breakfast each morning - each day different, very generous servings and so, so delicious. The house is in a quiet area with loads of the beautiful old teak buildings around, and about 5 min walk from the Friday food market (which was our favourite). Pim was really helpful in helping organise things for us, like organising a driver for the day, calling taxis etc when we needed them, and even mailed us something we had left behind. Furthermore, Pim picked us from the airport when we arrived, dropped us at the train station when we left and even happily volunteered to take us to the ceramic factory during our stay. Ww wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their place - Bouteak is a great house, with even better hosts!
