My stay was very pleasant. Good contact with Sergey. Clean spaces. I had to remind other noisy guests that they were not alone, and they reacted kindly and respected my rest afterwards. Very clear instructions on how to enter, how to check in and -out. Bakery close by. City center can be reached by taking bus 1B or 25, at about 300m from the guesthouse.

Lovely accommodation at a great price. 30min walk from the center. Communal areas were clean.

Estuve sólo una noche, de paso, pero tuve todo lo que necesitaba para descansar y estar tranquilo unas horas. Sergey estuvo atento y dio en todo momento las instrucciones precisas para que la estancia fuese bien ;)

I would definitely stay here on my next visit, since the room and shared spaces were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for me, between a client's location and friends, and I was happy to discover a couple nice places to eat, shop, and have a beer.
