O apartamento é perfeito! Muito funcional, acomoda muito bem 2 pessoas. A cozinha é muito bem equipada. Há uma boa ventilação. A mesa de trabalho (escritório) é muito funcional. O armário é espaçoso. Tem todos os eletrônicos necessários (um ótimo aspirador de pó, máquina de fazer café, torradeira, ferro de passar roupa, secador de cabelo..). O anfitrião sempre respondeu rapidamente a todas as minhas mensagens, além de ter sido muito gentil no check in (deixou água gelada e bebida na geladeira, pão e geléia). O apartamento estava extremamente limpo! Infelizmente, a rua onde o prédio está localizado está sendo usada por usuários de drogas, o que me deixou muito insegura. Por ser uma em que não passa carro, eles também usam como banheiro e o cheiro fica desagradável. Esse fato parece ter iniciado há pouco tempo e assim que comuniquei ao anfitrião ele fez tudo que estava ao seu alcance para tentar sanar o problema. Foi até a prefeitura, solicitou limpeza e segurança.

Emilien’s flat was better than I expected given the price, very clean and nicely equipped. Though we didn’t meet with the host, he was always quick to respond and was checking if everything is ok. The only disadvantage is the neighborhood, but it’s definitely not Emilien’s fault.

The flat was everything we needed and a stylish space. Émilien was very helpful and communicated well about check in (rigorous instructions) and throughout to check how we were doing. The only issues we had were that the WiFi didn’t work (local issue with the network that wasn’t Émiliens fault), and that we felt a bit unsafe and uncomfortable in the neighbourhood. That said, it is very close to a nice area close to Montmatre and well connected to gare du nord.
