Convenient location, eclectic cottage. Security and cleaning concerns. There are unsecured doors that lead to other areas of the home that allowed our rented space to be accessed if someone were to try. The upper level was rented out at the time and we were concerned the two spaces were accessible to each other. The kitchen fridge had personal food items such as condiments and unsealed beverages. The bathroom shower had used soap, mildew, and the exhaust vent dumped dust into the shower area. There were large spiderwebs along the window frame in the master bedroom.

This was a a wonderful gem of a place to stay in Manitowoc. Made our stay there perfect. Great location in an older neighborhood, close to downtown. House has been very well cared for. Despite the fact our arrival gave the owner a very short turn around from the previous guest, everything was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. Deb, the host met us at the house and was very friendly and was very fast to respond with any questions during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Manitowoc.

Absolutely wonderful weekend! Very nice place to stay. Great location, very clean and very friendly host! If in the area we will definitely stay there again!
