Back from Eduardo and Michela's place and had a really fantastic time with family - beautiful apartment so well located to key places of interest - the Duomo and Mercato are literally a few minutes walk away but equally close to places to eat/shop/browse/people watch and do what anyone should do when visiting Florence - just soak up the experience! Truly excellent host with lots of images/directions to aid getting to the accommodation and feeling right at home and we were very sorry to leave such a perfect spot that is right in the centre of Florence life and the Florence experience - having the leather/clothes market just on the front door was also a great thing for any shopping lovers and the Mercato Centrale was a haven for foodies. Thank you again Eduardo and Michela (and Sergio!) for a lovely stay and we will absolutely be back!

This is owned by a company. You will have someone meet you from the company to let you in. We were given a number to call about problems, we sent a message on WhatApp and they never read the message. The stairs are no joke! Very steep and uneven. The entire place was cluttered and dusty. The bedding and towels were clean. Amenities were odd compared to other Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Our party was three women and none of us felt safe in this area. Could have been us but we were always uncomfortable in this place. Market vendors set up right outside on the street. Very crowded and busy during the day.

Amazing location near the train station and very convenient to everything you need. The apartment was lovely and look like the pictures. Just take note that there are several stairs and steps which was a very good walk up after you exploring all the restaurants nearby the apartment. Highly recommended!
