The renters are incredibly informative, responsive and helpful. If there is an issue they respond and offer immediate assistance. The place was clean, as photographed and the instructions for clean up, entering and exiting were clear and concise. I would highly recommend this place and these renters.

This rental place has beautiful surroundings being on top of a hill and in a very quiet neighbourhood. It's a great place to host lots of guests with many bedrooms that are spread out. Although the walls are a little thin between rooms and you can hear each other very clearly, it is not something that bothered us. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and kitchenware, and the bathrooms are well-stocked with towels. The host was also very responsive and helpful even when we had issues. I would recommend this place if you have a large party and looking for a getaway.

Beautiful location. Spacious home with plenty of room for large 2 family gathering. Close proximity to hiking trails. Loved the hot tub. Lots of sunlight in the family and game room. Had an issue with septic back up and leaking dishwasher gasket. I tried contacting somebody through the phone, texting and email, and had absolutely no communication with getting a hold of someone. Finally did through the app. Once we were able to make communication with someone, a maintenance person was sent in about an hour, and he was helpful in clearing out the sewage but I was disappointed in the lack of communication through the other communication methods. Another issue was the chairs around the dining table were too low and came to the top of our chest! Also, a bunch of outlets didn’t work. Other than these issues, it was a comfortable stay.

Great communication and easy check in. Great size for a large group but the kitchen could use some steak knives and some large bowls/ platters for large groups.
