We had a good stay at Joseph's place. The view was breath-taking as stated! The property is lovely and very fruitful! . Elvis aka Ninja and Ms. Wallace were very helpful. Ms. Wallace extended herself and gave us a tour . Elvis was very helpful, friendly and gave great customer service! Thanks again.

The view is amazing! It very close to Falmouth town and easy driving distance to Montego Bay and the service is great! The host is very responsive and always ensures your good while staying there. I 100% recommend for anyone visiting that side of the island.

We ended up needing last minute accommodations for one night after missing a flight for myself , husband and two children ages 3 and 6. I want to start off with the positive portion of our stay. They property itself is very beautiful, a lot of space, fresh fruit trees , & the pools view is breathtaking. However despite the natural beauty of the place We didn’t have the best stay as I believe the listing to be a bit misleading. Firstly upon arrival there were two gentlemen on the grounds however they did not approach us to great us until I called the number provided by the air b n b host and had to yell out to them. After that we were shown the living space. It is very simple and definitely gives the feel of the authentic country side experience which for some is right up their ally and I don’t mind either when I’m traveling solo however when with my children I do require certain standards for my stays. I also asked the man who showed us the property if we would be the only ones in the space because when you go into the building it is set up like a hostle type of vibe with a shared living set up he advised yes we would be the only ones which I later found very abruptly that there will be people in and out of the building during our stay unannounced which is what really made me right this review. The morning we woke up we were sitting on the porch enjoying the morning breeze when one of the men on the property came up to the porch and asked if we are checking out 9am !?!? Almost as if he wanted us gone despite a 11am checkout. Then sat infront of our porch doing something to the steps for another few minutes. All we wanted was to have some alone time uninterrupted on the porch. Then an hour later my 3 year old daughter comes out frightened saying there is a man in the house mopping !!!!! It just felt like a complete invasion of privacy . Especially considering he had to enter the back of the home without our knowledge to begin mopping. What if Myself or children weren’t fully clothed or using the restroom? Another One of my main issues other than feeling extreme lack/invasion of privacy issue was inaccurate information on the listing as the listing advises the following which were found to be 100% inaccurate, there is not a kitchen or fridge / stove as mentioned. There are not additional bedding , pillows or towels. I used my husbands tshirts to dry myself and kids off. The “private” porch , living room ( I would barley call it that) , pool area ect are not very private. Locks on the doors did not work properly. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and has a lot of dust and cobwebs in the corners and along the ceilings. A beautiful place with alot of potential. However we did not have a pleasant stay here. We chose a perfect location for our stay in Trelawny. The property is gorgeous. Overlooking the salt marsh and sea! Lush with different fruit trees and foliage. The pool is lovely as well. The guesthouse is simple, clean and has comfy beds and bedding! Joseph was the consummate host and available for all questions and any assistance. This is a gated private estate that welcomes you warmly and provides a wonderful respite. I highly recommend !! Thank you Joseph for a wonderful stay! We will be back!
