This is a great place to stay. It is small, but has everything you need to stay comfortable and entertained. There is no driveway & the cottage is right off of the highway. There is only room for one vehicle to park in front. It's not a big deal, unless you have a trailer. As a bonus, it looks like there are bicycles in the basement that could be used to take a short ride around the town.

Cozy, comfortable, clean & cute home w/ ALL the conveniences. Pet friendly- follow the rules so it stays that way! :) Front porch was lovely for morning coffee and evening glass of wine or whatever. Great view from the chairs in the backyard if you can manage the climb. Loved having bikes available for riding around the charming town, which is close to many lakes, parks, and other small towns. We used to live in Greenville & Quincy so we knew the area but Jennifer was always available to answer any questions or offer suggestions. It is a great value and a great place to stay!

This was our second visit to Jennifer’s cottage and it is a wonderful place to stay! Greenville is a pleasant, quiet, little town that has a good grocery store and pizza place. It was delightful to sit outside on the porch in the evening and early morning. The cottage was so comfortable and clean. The shower and towels were top notch along with a fine assortment of bath products and creams. The kitchen is well equipped with absolutely everything you need to prepare meals. The TV streaming channels work great. We enjoyed kayaking on Round Valley Lake which was only a few miles away. We loved having Jennifer’s cottage as our base as we explored the beautiful surrounding areas.

This cottage was a fantastic place to stay. Super comfortable, lovely toiletries, and a well equipped kitchen with all the tools you might need. Since most restaurants in Greenville were closed, we shopped at the local market & made great use of the grill on the porch. We had fun fishing on Lake Almanor, and visiting Lassen & Bucks Lake.
