Alessandra a été très gentille et disponible à mes besoins. très réactive à trouver une solution pour pouvoir me donner l'appartement déjà à 7h du matin. elle nous a préparé une bouteille d'eau fraîche. l'appartement très propre avec du gel à disposition et le nécessairepour nous accueillir en plein sécurité. Super!!!

We live in the center of Milan, but wanted to spend a quiet weekend away. We heard that Cernusco sul Naviglio was a beautiful and quiet town, so we booked this apartment for Saturday and Sunday nights. The apartment was very clean and well provisioned, but we soon discovered that the wifi was too slow to use (0.99-1.3 Mbps). We settled in and next discovered that the walls in the bedroom were extremely thin and everything the neighbours said could be heard loud and clear in the bedroom. It would be absolutely impossible to sleep if the neighbours didn't go to bed early. As it so happened, the neighbours were arguing and shouting at each other most of the afternoon and very late into the night. I recorded some of their argument on my phone, in case they became violent. We were forced to sleep with the children in the living room. Here there was a similar problem. The neighbours on the other side had their television on so loud, we couldn't hear our own television without turning the volume up quite high. When we wanted to sleep, I rang their doorbell to ask them to turn the volume down a little. They either couldn't hear their doorbell over the noise of their television, or they knew what we wanted and didn't care. We put white noise on our phones and tried to put the children to bed. They were exhausted, as were we. In the morning we packed our bags and returned to Milan. Alessandra kindly offered to refund us the full amount, but it was obviously not her fault, so we only asked for a refund for the night we wouldn't be there. The problem with this apartment is that the walls are VERY thin and not insulated, and the neighbours are somewhat anti-social and loud. Unless these neighbours move out, the only solution I can imagine would be to insulate the walls. For such a cheap building, the price we paid was really excessive.

Ottimo bilocale situato a due passi dal centro di Cernusco. L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione: il metro dista pochi minuti a piedi e in centro è possibile trovare qualsiasi tipo di servizio. Locale molto confortevole e ben curato da Alessandra, sempre disponibile alle richieste dell'ospite.
