Thank you for considering our log cabin, which was constructed in 2018, for your next getaway! Conveniently located 15 minutes away from Bryson City, 5 minutes away from the adventures the Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC) provides, and 25 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains national park entrance. In addition to the king bed in the master bedroom, the leather sofa in the living room converts to a queen size, memory foam bed and there is also a full-size futon in the loft (please note the loft is open and there are only sheer curtains for minimal privacy). The kitchen is equipped with brand new black stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator) and comes with all the basic essentials needed to prepare a nice meal at "home" (dishes, silverware, drinkware, single cup keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, pots/pans etc.). The large bathroom downstairs has a beautiful clawfoot tub/shower combination for those evenings when you want to enjoy a nice bubble bath (please note there is not a separate walk-in shower, so this may be challenging for individuals with physical limitations). The coffee table in the living room opens up to provide a variety of board games and cards and there are several books in the loft for your reading enjoyment on rainy days. Step outside to enjoy the firepit overlooking the mountain scenery, a babbling creek with small pond, lots of land to explore, a gas grill for cookouts and a hot tub to unwind in after your adventurous day. We are located right off of US 19. This offers easy access to the cabin/property, but you will hear noise from passing vehicles while outdoors.
