Another great annual golf tournament and a perfectly located house for us. The kids loved the river out back and long driveway allowed them to ride their scooters.

With the exception of the master bedroom the mattress are really bad. Also we had two little ones with us which posed a problem because you have no gates going down the stairs to the river and there is an opening going to the neighbors. We even had the neighbors dog come visit thru the opening. For safety reasons you should think about blocking those off and about putting additional rails on the decking since to keep little ones from falling thru. One last thing you may want to prune your driveway so others with large trucks like ours won’t get scratches. But it was a nice stay and a pretty view.

This houses location is beyond amazing. Right on the smith river, and there were tons of tadpoles, frogs, and other critters for the kids to find. There are some pretty steep stairs leading down to the river,, but it was so private and beautiful! The kayaks were such a nice addition, & our family loved the abundance of board games. There are 2 levels, so the older kids had their own area to chill privately. Overall this place was amazing and we were so thankful to have found a cancellation to stay for nearly a week.
