自我介绍

Just a short note before you book... Recently we have made some hosting changes due to co hosting changes. We have gone back to having myself and John cohost. My sister is also helping us. We have found our more mature ages to work better in caring for our listings. We have removed all non family or younger co hosts in an effort to better serve our guests. Bare with us we are in the midst of a spruce up in two locations. We are painting and updating. Please be patient some times its a bit messy with building materials. We are almost done with our changes. PLEASE note there is a three hour time difference between West coast and East coast. We are three hours ahead of you please be advised if you inquire at 10 pm western time we are asleep on the east coast. Europe is six hours ahead of us respectfully. Please be aware you will wake me up, keeping that in mind its important when inquiring to do it before 11 eastern standard time. I'm not trying to be rude just a reminder. I want to welcome each guest either in person, by text or over the phone. I work out of state but I try to get down to beach listing several times per week. My son lives in our home in Felton all the time. His name is Julian. He's the typical game loving 21 year old. We are improving the house a little at a time by ourselves. I'm a designer and work in interior sales. We keep our dog with us all the time. We are dog people, animal lovers. We allow people the ability to stay and travel with pets. Our Dog lives on the farm up north where we work so no dogs live in the house in Felton. There are always dogs at Greenwood street. We keep stuff at our homes. We ask guests to read our house rules because I feel we live such busy lives its a necessity so our guests understand our reasons for what we expect. We are doing Airbnb to offer alternatives to hotels. We are simple unadorned folks. If you book with us there will be clean towels, sheets and soap. Nothing fancy.
