"Happy House" rental includes a 2 car garage with a 2nd refrigerator, free high speed wireless internet access, Satellite TV in both living rooms, DVR upstairs, VCR downstairs, fireplace, Weber grill, outside shower, as well as sand chairs and towels for the beach! Accommodations: On the upper level overlooking the ocean, there is a large screened porch with a hammock and outdoor dining as well as a deck complete with lounge chairs. Inside you will find a master bedroom (with king bed) and bath with spectacular ocean views, a second bedroom (with queen bed) and its own bathroom, a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. On the garden level, there is another large living room complete with TV, DVD, and VCR, 3 day beds (plus a trundle), and a half bath. Two additional bedrooms (with king beds) share a newly renovated bathroom on the garden level. Each garden level bedroom has sliding glass doors leading out to a very private patio with views of the dunes leading to the ocean. A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.
