We were there for a short weekend. My mom loved the king size bed. It was Easter weekend so we took advantage of the shopping and restaurants across the street. The space was clean, roomy and comfortable.

Patrick's place was as described. It was very clean and perfect for a weekend getaway. I especially enjoyed the closeness of the restaurants and other local stores. Everything was so close that you could walk. I think this has been my favorite Airbnb thus far. Patrick was amazing communicating with me each time I reached out to him. He was even nice enough to let me check out a little later due to me having a later flight. I will definitely be staying here again when I go back to visit. Thanks Patrick for being a wonderful host 😊😊😊

I am an Airbnb host who is all for an economy stay. Patrick's unit is well-sized and conveniently located if you visit nearby family or friends. As stated by previous guests, the upstairs tenants can be fairly loud. I wear earplugs most nights anyway so it was not an issue for me. The downside to this unit is that there were amenities listed that were not provided, and the place needs some maintenance to really feel like the unit is up to par with Airbnb standards. The unit was clean, as was the bedding. There are some minor furniture breaks/malfunctions that would be easy to fix. There is no thermostat to control the unit's temperature. It is unclear who has control of that. If the host did some general maintenance their place could easily have five stars and possibly warrant a rate increase. Patrick was a very responsive host with great details in his check-in, extremely quick response, even replying after 11pm which I would never expect of a host!

Patrick’s place was awesome. It was easy to find, easy to check in and just as pictured. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There was WiFi available. There was a lot to do close by if necessary (lots of stores). Patrick definitely communicated efficiently and rapidly at all times . Only issue was that it was a little cold and once that was mentioned, he turned up the heat each time.

The only thing I would probably say is what others have said. The people who rent upstairs have kids and they jump around and its somewhat loud. It only lasts a few hours a day and it was not really that bad after a couple days. We sorda go use to it. More towels would have been good too. Location was great. Plenty of parking and felt safe the whole time. We are coming back in the spring and are hoping to stay here again. Chad/Kimber---Port Aransas, Texas
