We were a big group and the hosts exceeded expectations, we would like to thank in particular for: -lovely warm atmosphere -welcome with home-made drink -being always available, which made it very convenient as a group -bringing coffee, even though it was not included in the offer Thank you!

The landlord Otto doesn't speak English and doesn't even try, but his daughter, Julia, handles the translation quite well. Otto's wife is responsive and kind. The house: Cozy, typically Tyrolean style, with lots of wood. At an excellent location (ski in, ski out) meters from the runway that leads to the cab of Kapell. Nice location, on a sunny slope with nice views. 600 m from the village square and the shopping area (SPAR store and other shopping and eating places). The rooms are cozy, warm, well furnished with everything you need in a nice style, terrace with views and chairs, the bathrooms are modern and fully functional. Kitchen and common room (dining room) - because we were a large group, 12 people, the kitchen and the common room were just for us and we had the key and access to them. There were about 6 more people in the house (apart. For 4 + double room). This is obviously an agreement with the agency that we use this area (that is why we were under the impression that the whole house is for us). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need as appliances and utensils. There is a slight disadvantage - it is quite small in size. The dining room and ski depot are at the same level (underground). The common room is just like the photos, relatively spacious and about 12 people, with no natural light during the day. The ski depot is ok - in size and functionality. There 6 park lots in front of the house. Overall it is a great place and we can recomend it.
