My family had a great vacation. Good place to catch up with family and play games. Coopers was a great place to eat with a beautiful view.

Disappointingly dirty! Views and front deck brought us back, but this is likely our last time. During 2020 visit we noticed dirt on beams, windows, etc, but figured they were focusing on high touch areas during pandemic. However, it is 2023 and clearly those windows and beams have not been touched in the interval. Gross ceiling fans and ledges, spider webs with bugs up the corners inside above dining table, a beetle and stains on one of the comforters. Most of the day to day areas seemed clean enough like bathrooms, towels, kitchen, but very disappointing in terms of upkeep/maintenance. The kayaks still have holes in them and one had actual rocks and sand inside of it with an unpatched hole making it unusable. TV and DVD player is dated. We had to reconnect the wires just to use, then an unattached speaker fell onto my four year old. Yikes. Small cabin in pics not included. Pics are outdated. Bummer.

What a bummer. For the amount spent, I feel robbed. First, the pictures are deceiving- there is 2 pictures of a casita we planned to use and found out when we got there that it was not included. In addition to this, lots of the amenities were unusable or broken. One of the paddle boards had a hole in the bottom, and outdoor chair was unusable due to a large rip, and the common area with a game table and tv that were featured in pictures were both broken. The AC was not working, it was hotter inside than outside; upon booking I mentioned kids being out of the heat being a priority. The Vacasa team was responsive, but I hope they consider refunding us some of the money we spent because this was not ideal. For just shy of $2000 for two nights, I felt like this was not worth it. I spent more time stressing over documenting the broken things to avoid being charged for others mishaps than actually enjoying myself and being on vacation.
