It’s a nice cosy place to spend some quiet time in nature. The only con was that the beach was not worth going to. Other than that it’s a time well spent. The house help were good and responsive. Food was also good.
There were some issues with the amenities other than that the stay was fine. If you are there to visit Alibag then somewhat inconvenient as it's far away and from the city and barely any means of travel.
Visited this place for the second time. Worth visiting and had a peaceful stay. Highly recommended if you want to stay very close to the beach.
This is really good place to stay inn if you want to spend a really good time with your family and kids ...Good wifi ensures that you are not away from the world ..Nice calm cool..place to stay in for 3 families ..But if you are looking for beach house .the beach is very nearby; unfortunately very dirty beach .it is so dirty that you can't wait to stay for sometimes.there are beaches nearby like varsoli and Nagav revdanda..but Akshi is surely not for beach ....FOR PEACEFUL HOME STAY QUALITY TIME WITH FAMILY ..THIS IS THE PLACE TO VISIT
This place is like a typical Konkani wadi with a sweet bungalow surrounding lot of trees. Akshi Beach is 2-3 min walk from this place. You can hear the sound of waves in the night. There are lot of vegetables planted inside the premise - bananas, chilly, tomatoes, etc. Many fruit trees - mango, jackfruit, chickoo and many more. They have cows as well and you can get fresh milk. They have two 2-seater bicycles. It was fund to ride those. The bungalow includes big veranda, living room, kitchen, 3 good bedrooms with AC. Nicely decorated and clean. All bedrooms are with attached bathrooms. It's good for group of 6-10. For any food, you need to travel to Nagaon-3km. The swimming pool is very small. But you will not miss it as beach is very nearby. Akshi beach is not that clean but its very long and the water is not deep. So you can walk long way inside the water and its safe. Some areas were clean, so you need to choose correct area within beach to enjoy water.

We are a fun loving couple who have been practising in this small town of Alibag, for the last 40 years. We love socialising, travelling, reading, interacting with various people from all over the world. we have put up this house on airbnb, because we would love to offer a comfortable typical small village stay to people who need to chill. They can either stay by themselves or engage in a host of activities. There"s a beautifully grown organic vegetable & fruit garden on the property, with cows to add the more rustic feel. We are also a very eco friendly couple, hence we do try & be in tune to balance the ecology. No pesticides, no Plastic, very little paper & water just enough to indulge.
