My apartment is located in a beach resort, only 90 meters from Patong's legendary beach. Free buffet breakfast ( American, Asian, European) included in the price, eat as much as you can. Rooftop sea view infinity pool . 90 m to beach. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, and the coziness. Rooftop Pool and Bar with Sunset Sea view. Special and really unique. Easy to walk to the centre of nightlife. Very quiet, peaceful and secure area. Gym. Free parking. Daily housekeeping. This is a 55 square meters modern 1 bedroom apartment with high quality finishing, design, fixtures and fittings throughout, including quality king size bed, modern bathroom with shower, balcony with table and chairs, fitted kitchenette and fridge, sofa, large screen TV, dining table and chairs. The whole estate is modern and well designed. The place is very close to the main Bangla street in Patong and nearby beach but also very nice and quiet. Free daily cleaning and towel change Laundry service is available in the building for a fee. Clothes iron on request. Free Shuttle Bus to shopping malls in Patong

Amazing
Overall is ok. But it's feel more hotel style than Airbnb.
Excellent size of the room, totally value for money. Located very close to the Patong Beach, 5mins walk. Excellent breakfast spread and responsive staff. Only callout was the Check-in time which was incorrectly communicated as 2PM, however, it was actually 3PM so had to wait to get in.
adrian is an exceptional host. incredibly responsive, pleasant guy, went above & beyond being helpful. this was my first time in thailand, that i could trust the host removed any stress i might have felt going to a place i’m not familiar with or speak the language. the space was very nice, close to the beach but far enough from the chaos of bangla to be peaceful. i’d book one of andrians listings again in a heartbeat. my experience w adrian was as close to perfect as it gets
Adrian’s apartment was great to stay at and we would recommend anyone considering staying in Patong, the location is remote enough to be nice and quiet, but close enough to easily walk to Bangla road and all stores

There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, massage shops and convenience stores along the beach road. Jungceylon Shopping Mall, Central Patong Shopping mall and the nightlife along Bangla Road , three of Patong's major destinations can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot.
Free shuttle bus to the shopping malls in Patong
Phuket Town is about a 30-minute drive and Phuket International Airport is 45 minutes away.
The apartment is located in Patong and is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, supermarkets and the beach which is only 90 meters away. However, Phuket is a big island, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, I always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Phuket has to offer.
