Adrain is really nice The apartment is nice and we had a good time here. Also, the location is really good with access to 3 metro stations in 10 minutes walk

Adrien was very friendly and kind, also flat has a very nice location also so safe building. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, with very easy Metro access and the Eiffel Tower close by, yet more of a Parisian neighbourhood than, say, Montmartre. The apartment, on the first floor (American second floor) of a modern lift-equipped building, overlooks the quiet courtyard. It's best suited for couples, as it does get a bit tight when the Murphy bed is down. The wi-fi was fine, a hair dryer was available (that's not listed among the amenities), but the apartment would be even better with a deep clean and fresh linen. On the plus side, Adrien is among the most responsive AirBnB hosts we've ever had - he's first class in that regard. And our dog was warmly welcomed by the neighbours. Summary: Recommended if you expect to be out and about a lot in Paris and mainly need a good safe place to sleep at night.

Super quiet well equipped unit. Had everything I needed. Wonderful family oriented neighborhood with great shops and east metro access. Neighbors were friendly. Would give this five stars were it not for the missing door handle which made it tricky to get in and out. Also would have hoped for better quality towels. The ones supplied were thin and scratchy.

My stay at Adrien place was wonderful he is a very good host very responsive and helpful I definitely recommend Adrien place to any one for a good vacation stay
