Such a lovely house, gardens & a wonderful hostess! Great base to visit so many places high in the New Forest but most places no more than 30 minutes away. Locally a Co-op & Tesco’s express. Some great restaurants & shops locally. From before I arrived, to the day I checked out, Sharon was so helpful & welcoming & made me & my dog Maisie so very welcome. Sharon went over & above to help in so many ways. You couldn’t wish for a more flexible hostess. Thank you for everything Sharon! I’d love to come back again & explore the area some more. Great value for money, the breakfast was lovely, a choice of cereals, toast & spreads, fresh fruit, juice & tea/coffee. The bed & duvet & pillows were super comfy, everywhere was scrupulously clean, but very homely. The gardens were completely secure which was important for my dog, & little Gem the Jack Russell is a sweet, friendly dog. Highly recommend.

Clean , welcoming , and comfortable. An excellent place to stay and relax. Sharon is a great host and her communication is excellent too. I will be returning.

Simple straight forward accommodation at a competitive price. Sharon is a most pleasant and considerate host. Breakfast was a welcome bonus. Strongly recommended.
