This place reminds me of the AirBnB experience 10 years ago, before most of the places became crash pads owned by out of town investors. You will be staying on Larry and Charlotte's working Angus farm, which feels deep in the country, even though you can be in Foley in under 10 minutes' drive. A friendly (and HUGE) farm cat will likely greet you in the evenings, looking to supplement her diet from keeping the property free of critters. A scratch on the chin will do just fine, though. Inside, the place is super comfy and appointed with anything you need for short-term or even longer-term stays. But the real gem of the place is the back porch. It stays cool and comfortable -- a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise or to wind down the day with a beer. But my favorite time was late at night, when the stillness was occasionally punctuated by the braying of Larry's prized pure-bread bulls, the hoot of an owl or the distant cries of competing coyote packs.

We enjoyed our stay at Larry and Charlotte’s Airbnb. The place looked like the pictures and they had the amenities that they listed. They were very helpful in suggesting things to do and see and restaurants to go to. It was always great visiting with them and they always responded quickly when we would ask questions.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Larry and Charlotte's place that lasted 3 weeks. We talked numerous times with Larry while he was working on his cattle farm and he was so friendly. Our grandsons that live nearby loved coming to the farm, and Larry treated them like his own! He showed them around the farm, let them ride in his ATV with him, and was so kind with them. He gave us some eggs from his chickens a couple of times, and our oldest grandson told everybody about it. Having two beds and two baths was really nice, especially when our older grandson spent a night or two with us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pots, pans, and other necessities. The living area had a nice sectional, a 6 person dining table, and enough space for our grandsons to play. Next time we are in the area for an extended stay, we will definitely stay at Larry and Charlotte's place again. Thanks again Larry for your wonderful hospitality and making some memories with our grandsons.

It was great. We enjoyed our stay our grandkids loved it the came over to play. It’s very homey and has everything you need. We stayed a month we will go back

We had a lovely stay! This is the perfect little house to stay in. It was very clean, with lots of little extras to make it comfortable. The owners kept checking in on us, even watching the weather, in case it impacted our flights. We were glad to have a laundry machine, a full kitchen, and a grill. It let us eat meals at the home. The location is in the same town as family, so we spent most of our time there. We did go to the beach a few times and Gator Alley and then drove to the battleship, to see the Blue Angels, and to Pensacola to see more family. We hope to stay again next time we visit!
