Lucia is an amazing host with a beautiful spirit! She was extremely helpful throughout our trip and provided great recommendations for local activities and navigation. She has great hospitality! The home is clean and quiet. Very beautiful as photographed. She provides a nice breakfast (fruit, eggs, pastries, cheese, coffee, etc) each morning. When arriving to Mandello del Lario, the B&B is about 2-3 minutes walking from the train station. From there, it's really easy to navigate to the more popular areas of Lake Como. We enjoyed our stay and I'd definitely book again.

this is the perfect place to stay - location literally 2min from train station, wonderful host, and easy access to the attractions. we actually enjoyed this town more than bellagio and varenna as we preferred less crowded/touristy areas and more local vibes. the restaurants lucia recommended are super nice :) also thank you for helping us with the delivery situation!

Lucia’s b&b is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful but connected getaway at Lake Como. Lucia was always responsive and gave us many recommendations for hikes, restaurants, transportation, and more in the area! She was also very understanding and accommodating, even going so far as to offer us breakfast early when we had to leave. The b&b itself was very clean and comfortable with wifi, Netflix, beautiful views, and a wonderful breakfast. Overall, I would definitely recommend this b&b, and my friend and I will hopefully get a chance to stay here again!

I rarely write reviews. To say I was impressed by the place and the hosts is to say nothing. Flawless experience. The place is 2 munite walk from to the station, has beautiful mountain view, large garden where they serve amazing breakfast with a local selection of foods. The room has everyting you need, prestine clean, great shower. Lucia was so helpful, gave great local recommentations (and surroundin villages, ferry timetables etc) as well a the discounts at local restaurants. I wish we could stay longer. Best value for the money.

The air bnb was super clean and the breakfast was delicious - Lucia was very attentive and always went above and beyond. Brilliant host that gave great suggestions on things to do, places to see and eat. Will definitely be making another trip back here!
