This was our second stay at Goulburn Cottage, but our first as a family of four. The home is deceptively spacious, with the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and extra living space allowing my young family to relax as if we were comfortably living in a home away from home. The secure, off-street parking (ample for 2 vehicles!) is a bonus for this area of Hobart, and the 2 heat pumps and floor heating in the bathrooms ensured we were warm and cosy through a couple of chilly Autumn nights. Having the scrumptious Pigeon Hole cafe just a stones' throw from the front gate is a real luxury for those wanting to get that early morning caffeine fix. Gavin and Viv are lovely, accommodating hosts, who were flexible in changing the dates of our stay. I would highly recommend Goulburn Cottage to travelling adults and families alike who want a comfortable, convenient and classy stay in one of Hobart's most picturesque suburbs.

We had such a great time staying here. Plenty of space for 4 adults and a toddler. Great location, walking distance to the CBD and cafes. So great to have parking onsite and secure. Highly recommend!
