I loved staying at Xenia’s place. The room is bigger than expected for my one-month stay. There’s also a park nearby, multiple groceries and laundromats nearby, and it's a short 10-minute walk to the train. Would recommend.

This place is beyond a doubt the best place I have stayed in in Brooklyn. I am a frequent traveler to New York City for work and I can honestly say that this place offers everything. It is clean, quiet and spacious cozy place. In addition, the proximity to the subway is less than a 5 minute walk. The place is next to beautiful sunset park that overlooks the city. Great value.

Xenia was super responsive to any and all questions I had. She made my stay super easy and she was a fantastic host. This Airbnb was really clean and I didn't have to worry about having towels. I liked that the location was so close to Sunset Park so I can go on my daily walk. The subway (depending on which line you take) was either a 10 or 15 minute walk. There's a laundromat really close by. I had no problem using the shared kitchen and bathroom. There isn't a desk, but I used one of the side tables as a desk, so that worked fine for me when I worked remotely. I think this is a great place to stay if you're a solo traveler. It is a longer commute to Manhattan if you prefer or have commitments in Manhattan.
