Annie's place is great. It is a stand alone 1 bedroom house on her large property. There are many plants, birds, grass, and other natural things to look at and watch. There is also a swiming pool. The best part is Annie herself. She is very kind, fun to talk with, can drive you around, and will give you any info you need. When in Bali eat at the Warung's and stay in hotels/villa/apartments owned by local people. Thier levels of service, knowlegde, and caring far exceed any corporate or absentee owner, and Annie is a prime exampe of this. Next time we are in Lovina, we will be back.

We arrived at Annie's place late, after an exhausting trip from Java, during torrential rain - Annie made sure we felt like home from the very first moment. She welcomed us with a home made vegtarian snacks, made a special herbal tea which helped us recover quicker. Her place is very comfy, clean, with all the amenities one may need. Breakfasts were delicious - you can order with Annie what you'd like to have next morning. The pool is clean and big enough for a short swim. Annie showed us the area in her car, took us to the local food market and beaches. We arranged with her to drive us to the Brahmavihara Arama buddhist temple, Banjar hot springs, the waterfalls and to Krisna Oleh-oleh - all for a resonable price. She also sorted out a dolphins watching and snorkling trip and at the end drove us to our next place in Amed. Thanks to Annie’s approach, after a very short time we felt not like in a rental house but more like visiting family. We will come back :)

We enjoyed our stay at Annie's bungalow very much. We stayed 3 weeks and Annie picked us up herself from the airport. We had a delicious breakfast cooked by Annie and served outside under the verandah near the pool. The bungalow has a comfortable bed, cool air-conditioning, excellent wifi suitable for streaming, plenty of cooking equipment and is very spacious. Everything is kept very clean and linen and towels changed regularly. Even laundry is taken care of for us by Annie. The garden and pool areas are very beautiful and on a large block of land so you don't feel cramped. The pool is very clean and refreshing, we used it every day. It's quiet even though close to a main road, especially at night no noise disturbed us. The local area has many restaurants, shops, places to see, and Annie helped us organise a scooter which was delivered and picked up.

It was great to stay in Juliani's bungalow. In the house there was everything what could be necessary and it is always OK to ask Juliania if you need anything else. She was very welcoming and caring. The rooms were cleaned as often as we asked and towels changed and bed linen too. Highly recommend!

Our best stay anywhere in the world, if we could move in, we would. There is no way we could ever thank Annie adequately for her hospitality, kindness and friendship. Annie is a hard-working and fabulously knowledgeable hostess, tour guide, chef (making fantastic local dishes for us), nurse and now friend. Her home is beautiful, the pool and gardens are stunning, and there was nothing more we could have possibly wanted or needed. Annie’s hospitality extends further than her own home with amazing tours of waterfalls, hot springs, markets and temples. Annie went above and beyond for Christmas making us feel like family, we all decorated the tree and she cooked the most amazingly delicious dinner. We had the most fabulous month of our lives, we made incredible memories and a truly wonderful friend.
