Great spot in Plovdiv that is a nice blend of a private room with a beautiful communal lounge. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive during my stay. Highly recommend!

Ivans' Guest "apartment" is nice and cosy. It is within walking distance of almost every part of the city. They were friendly and helpful during my extended stay and always checked with me to ensure what I needed. I had no problem with the stairs, but a person not used to them will have difficulty getting there. Not handicap friendly, as well the entire city is not handicap friendly.

This apartment has the feel of a place where Ernest Hemingway would pull up a desk and write a new novel. I loved how it made me feel - very boho. The narrow staircase leading up to the second floor made me feel as if I was entering another place in time. I loved everything about it. Plenty of hot water and a great AC. The glass walls for the bathroom was different from the rest of the room, but not in a bad way at all. The host did a great decorating job on this (and I assume other rooms in the building). There’s a cool “hang out” space on the ground floor which is open for guests to use. And there’s a great cafe on the ground floor and the staff was very nice. When I checked in I received a great tour of the property and when I departed another person called me a taxi and walked me out to the pick up area. Ivan was an exceptional host with great communication skills and happy to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again!
