Our stay on "Boat with a view" aka "Rosebud" was exactly what we wanted. We came to Miami to specifically see the arrival of the BAP Union training ship. The sailboat was right by the causeway where all ships arrive! "Rosebud" is an older boat that must have a lot of stories to tell. The stay is rustic and the very basic of needs are provided. A package of baby wipes can come in handy!! If you have never experienced "live-a-board", this is a great opportunity. We both work remote and Alejandro helped us with power for our laptops and we used our phones as hotspots. It was perfect place to work! Alejandro is very responsive and will go out of his way to assist but provides the privacy this experience can offer! We will be back!!

Great views, you’re pretty much Glamping. But if you’re not afraid to rough it for a night or two, the views and peace is worth it. Ended up dosing off outside and it was some of the best sleep i’ve gotten. Out on the water, the sound of water splashing. I think i either saw a Seal or Manatee at night. Not sure which are in the area.

Great place to come and see Miami from. Not a ton of amenities, but was exactly as described. Alejandro was great and was very friendly and worked with us getting us back and forth. Definitely would recommend staying with Alejandro and trying out some of his other offerings.

We loved our time on Alejandro’s sailboat. He met use at the water’s edge near the dock and ferried us to the sailboat. We texted him we were ready to go back and forth. We were quite comfortable, and it is amazing waking up to the sun rising over the water while watching dolphins swim around. Great sunsets and views of downtown Miami. Alejandro was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t be happier with my stay. Alejandro was more than accommodating and his boat home was exactly what the doctor ordered. Look forward to the next time we meet and have already begun to reach out to friends for stays through Alejandro in the future.
