Great place in a great location, 15 minute walk from everything. Great host, the only negative is the Pool was really cold it should be heated.

The villa is in a very good location in an upmarket area of other lovely villas. The beach at Arenal D'En Castell is reachable on foot in 15 minutes, as are various shops & restaurants. Easy on-road parking right outside of the property. The villa has a lovely pool, garden, terrace with table & chairs & sun-loungers at the back, and there's another terrace with table & chairs at the front. The large windows on both sides provide a lot of natural light, and in the evening it's possible to see the lights of Fornells from the salon. The windows have outside and inside blinds which are great for keeping the heat out. The bathrooms have very efficient walk-in showers, and there's a lot of hanging space for clothes, etc. in the built-in wardrobes. All rooms are very tastefully decorated, well equipped and comfortable. The outside areas are also very well maintained and the pool is cleaned by professionals regularly. Great villa, great location.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette magnifique villa bien équipée et à la décoration soignée. La literie y est confortable et la suite parentale est somptueuse L'environnement est calme, plage et commerces à pied. Merci à Joana pour son accueil qui a été réactive et arrangeante. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement qui réunit à tous points vues, les critères pour passer un excellent séjour à Minorque.

The Villa is fabulous. Fantastic indoor and outdoor space, very comfortable with enough room and furniture for all the guests. The villa was spotless clean on arrival. Booking was easy with quick responses to questions and and excellent checking in. A very happy family holiday and will be booking again.
