Beau quartier, à deux pas des points d'intérêts. Le logement est joli, parfaitement propre, fonctionnel, est très agréable d'y séjourner. Je recommande, et reviendrais avec grand plaisir lors de mes prochains séjours à Nice.

Very happy with our stay here. The room was ready when we arrived so we were able to check in early which was great. Kitchen was well equipped though we didn’t do anything other than make the odd cup of tea. Slight downside was the shower went cool quickly (maybe on a timer to save water?) and the discovery of a couple of hairs on the bottom sheet of the bed settee. However, once I put the bedding supplied on all was good and, in fact, the bed settee was a lot comfier than some of the beds I’d slept in during our trip along Côte d’Azur. Would happily stay again next time I’m in Nice.

We were at this Airbnb for 2 nights only and travelled with 3 girls total. we got in quite late and were sent a bar code to scan at the door which took us a long time to figure out - make sure it’s not too zoomed in and brightness on the phone needs to be high! The apt itself is Ok but the building is extremely old and not the nicest to walk into and stay in. Can be loud since the apt is above a garbage area for residents and there’s a balcony across from the window very close to us if people are living the there. The location is good, easy to get around and the elevator was helpful and felt safe in the area despite the building . It was fine for a short stay but would probably book earlier next time to find a nicer building.
