Had a great weekend at Austin’s. The house is perfect for a mountain getaway. We spent a day hiking the whites and a day on the water. The location and view is really beautiful, I don’t think you can beat it. Austin was super responsive and helpful and setup the place for us with plenty of towels and a stocked kitchen.

We loved the location, the house, the lake and the amenities. We saw a great play in Littleton, rode the dinner train, visited the Flume Gorge and the Basin and hiked in the White Mountains. Endless things to do in the area. The house was perfect for us, super cute, very relaxing and complete with what you would need for your stay. We loved it! Austin communicated very well and was quick to answer any questions!

We had a great time in the area getting out and about. The house is comfortable and the kitchen was well apportioned. Austin is very helpful and super nice. They even left us some eclipse glasses and we lucked out seeing it! We’d love to come back in the summer for more hiking and to get a chance to swim. Great place!

A wonderful stay once again; this is the nicest wood-burning stove you could ask for, and Austin's attention to the history and character of the home really shines through in every detail.

My family of four had a fantastic winter break at Austin's place! We loved the vintage skiing decor, beautiful lake views and proximity to Cannon and Loon. Polly's Pancake Parlor was also a hit!
