Great location and very clean on arrival. But take these into consideration: - North End has historic cannons that fire every evening at 8:20pm. You feel the vibrations here. Also, again, in the mornings on the weekends. If you don't like sudden sounds, take proactive steps. - It's above a restaurant. 1) To enter, you squeeze by al fresco tables and guests. Be mindful the size of bags you have when trying to reenter the place during business hours! 2) Food smells from below can be delightful or if you're sensitive to smells, quite unwelcome. - Trash day happens after 5 pm twice weekly. See above about restaurant business hours in passing by restaurant guests. Be mindful to their dining experience with your trash bags. - Someone mentioned before about the thermostat and yes, not accessible in the space. I actually got repeat severe sinusitus/colds from the constant A/C running when it wasn't adjusted. - There are 36 steps up to the actual apartment. FYI, heavy bags! - Thin walls.

Cute and convenient place to stay in a safe, fun part of Boston. Easy access to transportation, business district and lots of great Boston tourist attractions and neighborhoods.
