Had a fantastic stay at Kostas's villa! Perfect location, amenities, cleanliness, and the villa was beautiful and exactly as described. Would highly recommend.

Villa Panorama hosted this mom, her two kids, and two friends. We could have easily had a larger group and still had plenty of space. Kostas and his team couldn’t have been more accommodating or responsive. Pros: +Privacy +Safe +Southern exposure (nice sunrise) +Clear instructions +Excellent communication +The view Cons: -Outdoor furniture was indoors making it feel cluttered -Hot water doesn’t last long -Loud jets throughout the day (F16 fighter jets are loud, but exciting) -More paper towels and garbage bags would be appreciated. -Heat/Air conditioning in one room stopped working on third day. Overall, despite a few cons, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Chania Old Town is a 20-25 minute ride from the villa. There were also restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, and grocery markets nearby. Thank you, Kosta and team!

A very nice place, perfect for a large family. Safe area for the children with fences around the property, nice playground and a perfect pool. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. Nice bathrooms for each bedroom. The property and the house was tidy and clean. Close to a couple of nice beaches 5 mins with car. No local shops in the close vicinity. You need a car or taxi to buy groceries and restaurants. Friendly and good service, always willing to help if we needed assistance. Sofia did a very good job for us. It vas very easy to communicate with the owner. The only issue we had was a lot of fighter plane activity just above our heads. This is due to a fighter plane squadron stationed at the Chania airport area.

My stay at Kosta's remarkable Airbnb was an experience beyond compare, and I am delighted to share the incredible journey I had. The villa itself is a testament to meticulous design and comfort. Every detail has been carefully curated. However, it was the expansive terrace that stole the show. Gazing out over the city as the sun dipped below the horizon was an experience that words fail to fully capture. To anyone seeking an extraordinary escape, I wholeheartedly recommend Kosta's mountain villa—it's a heaven where the beauty of Crete meets the warmth of its people, and where unforgettable memories are waiting to be made.Kosta's mountain villa is a true gem! Perched at the pinnacle, the view of the city below is simply breathtaking. The villa's beauty is rivaled only by Kosta's hospitality.

Our stay at Villa Panorama was perfect. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and easily had enough room. The pool area was brilliant and the football/basketball facilities for the kids were great. The views were spectacular of the water and mountains. The local beaches and restaurants were all beautiful. 5min drive or 20mins walk. You defiantly need a car. Kostas and his team were great giving many recommendations for beaches/restaurants/places to visit and much more. Would highly recommend this villa. Fabulous stay and will be back. Ben
