Second year in a row staying here. Family loves the house - quiet, clean, and cozy! A lot of fun things to do and the house is perfectly portioned between Sleepy Bear Dunes and Traverse City. Don and Pat are very responsive and very friendly. Perfect stay and the kids are already asking to go again next year.

We had a lovely family vacation here - everything is top notch. The home is attractive, clean and updated. The lake views are beautiful. And the kayaks and paddle boat were so much fun. We made some delicious meals in the full kitchen, and had some of the best night's sleep in a long time. We kept the windows open to enjoy the breeze. The neighborhood is lovely - one of our best nights was spent in town (Lake Ann) at the local brewpub, which has live entertainment and an excellent variety of beer, ale and cider. Lake Ann is nicely situated, making it easy to get into Traverse City for ebiking and restaurants. All in all we have no complaints and would love to stay here again. Don & Pat are awesome hosts.

Don and Pat's home is just stunning. We've been coming up for 25 years to Lake Ann, and this has got to be the most beautiful, thoughtful rentals we've ever had. It's airy, spacious and stocked with everything you could everything want. One thing I'll note is that I have two younger children (9 and 7) and older parents - although the river was perfect for me, it was a bit difficult for them to get in and swim in as it has a partially mucky bottom. And we had to make a special effort to go out to the lake to see the sunset. It didn't diminish the experience for us, but it's nice for families to know who might be coming. Otherwise, this was absolute perfection.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Pat & Don are very informative hosts with communication before the stay and we’re able to answer questions once there. The house is just lovely. Looking forward to future trips!

This house is great and everything was as expected/listed. Kitchen has all the essentials and made the visit easy. My kids really enjoyed the paddle boat. I would recommend this rental and plan to return myself.
